    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

    Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    Refunds are not available for no-shows.

    Rescheduling

    • You may reschedule once at no extra cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Rescheduling requests made after this period may incur the full appointment fee.

    Special Circumstances

    • In cases of emergencies or events beyond your control (e.g., severe weather, illness), we may offer to reschedule at no charge, at our discretion.
